Dawnette K. Peppler, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Dawnette Peppler grew up in Kearney, Nebraska, where she also attended college. She completed 4 years of medical school and 4 years of residency at the University of Nebraska in Omaha. She moved to Arlington, Texas in 2000, when she completed her training to join WHS. Dr. Peppler has 4 daughters and is active in her children's activities and school associations. Dr. Peppler is a member of the Texas Medical Association, ACOG, and AMA.
