Dr Puffer was so sweet & took the time to talk to me unlike some doctors I had seen that can’t get out the door fast enough! I wait my turn in the lobby & when it’s my turn I’m so sick of being rushed & talked to like a child. On top of it all they start typing the minute you get in until they leave & I feel they’re not always listening. This did not happen at Dr Puffer’s & I was thrilled.

Friendly staff, was able to get in and out in and out in 35 minutes. I have never had that efficient experience at a Doctor’s office. Dr. Joy Carter was very friendly and answered all my questions. Very impressed!

Dr. Bergstrom saw me today for my surgery follow up. The moment she walks in to the exam room she goes all out to welcome you. Just knowing she is happy makes one feel the same.
