The doctor was kind and professional, but the waiting time was very disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early, as recommended, but I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 25 minutes alone in the exam room before being seen.
It feels unfair that if a patient is even one minute late, the appointment can be canceled, but when you arrive on time (even early), you’re kept waiting for over an hour with no explanation. It shows a lack of respect for the patient’s time.

I love Dr. Bergstrom! She is straightforward, matter of fact, does not get offended if I ask questions, but overall, she listens and is very caring.

I love doctor B.G. She has always made me feel very welcomed and heard at every single appointment I’ve been too. I found out about her through my sister, she delivered both of her children. We have nothing was kind things to say about her, I wouldn’t want any other O.B. During or after my pregnancy.

It was my first time to see Dr. Carter and my visit with her went well. She listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things to me. It's always concerning when changing doctors but seeing Dr. Carter went smooth.
