Review for Dr. Haley Spotts, MD
I recently sought out Dr. Haley Spotts as a new OB-GYN to help manage my menopause symptoms. I was charged $497.70 for a new patient visit, comprehensive history, and exam, but my medical history was barely reviewed, and no physical examination was conducted. The appointment felt rushed and lasted only 20 minutes.
Dr. Spotts recommended a treatment that would have worsened my condition had I not known about its risks based on my medical history. She did not show any empathy, failed to provide alternative treatment options, and offered very little detail. Even though I brought important medical images with me, she didn’t take the time to review them. Additionally, she ordered more screening tests, but I was never contacted by the referral office to schedule these.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected more thorough care, especially given the steep cost. I would not recommend Dr. Spotts for anyone seeking a compassionate and thoughtful OB-GYN.

I really was made so comfortable at this office. From the time I walked in and was greeted at the desk the staff was very kind and friendly and respectful. I really liked Dr. Brasher-Giles as a person and a professional . I am a very senior citizen but she made me feel very comfortable. Was very respectful and kind and answered any questions I had. Never once dismissed me as a senior citizen and neither did the other young people do that. I am so glad I found this practice!!

Dr. Peppler is very experienced and professional. Everybody at the office is kind. The office in Grand Prairie is very convenient. I highly recommend her.
