Very personable, professional, and patient. Asked questions and allowed me to ask anything. Dr. Spotts is perfect for my liking, and the facility is really nice! The staff is just wonderful.

I enjoyed my experience at this new location. Everyone from the reception to the doctor was amazing. Dr. Spotts was very easy to talk to & made me feel at ease. She allowed me to voice my concerns without rushing me which made me feel great. She made me feel seen & heard not just another patient.

I admit I was a little nervous about seeing Dr Brown because I had the same Dr for 24 years ,and if she had not retired I would still be seeing her. However, not all change is bad and meeting Dr Brown and her entire staff was a welcoming experience. Everyone was so kind and Dr Brown was amazing. She made it such a pleasant experience and calmed all of my anxieties. She even told me what a pleasure it was meeting me...Nooo the pleasure was all mine! My experience was amazing. I have already recommended her office to 2 others who are also in search of a new Dr. Thank you Dr Brown &Staff

Dr Kuriakose was super friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I don’t remember the phlebotomist name but she was great as well! I don’t do well with getting blood work and she was able to help keep me distracted and did it quickly. Definitely returning!

I highly recommend Dr. Sheri Puffer formally your gynecological needs. She listens to your needs and takes time to remember you as a person and not a patient.

Dr. Puffer has been my doctor going on maybe 4 years and she's sweet and energetic and very direct with me. When she gave me my hysterectomy 2 years ago she was with me and encouraged me and checked up on me. And made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. And she asked am I sure if I want a hysterectomy because I can't have any kids after the procedure is done. And most people would just want the money but she cared enough to ask if I was sure

Dr. Brown listens, she shares personal experiences, she has compassion. She has a great sense of humor. She helped me consider all of my options and she wasn’t pushy or tried to persuade me. She educates her patients so they can make informed decisions.
