Such a better experience than my last OB/pregnancy. I was able to ask questions and not feel rushed. This pregnancy was unexpected and has taken more of an emotional toll on me than my previous ones so having a caring provider was essential. I will say that I had to wait in a room for about 30 minutes before the doctor came in, but I didn't even mind. I knew that it meant this doctor took her time with her patients and I used the time to read an ebook. I will update my review at the end of my pregnancy, but I feel so hopeful this time after a really bad previous experience with a different office.

I am currently pregnant in my first trimester and I have the pleasure to be in communication with Riley Rodriguez benefit coordinator for the Women Health.Riley has been so helpful with all the details from deductible to payment for the hospital. She has been able to answer all my questions promptly. Thank you Riley for all your help in this process!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had during a well woman’s visit. I felt seen and heard.
These types of visits are normally so uncomfortable- but Dr Carter was attentive and make the experience quick and painless. When I mentioned I thought I was possibly experiencing early symptoms of perimenopause she recommended a book and wrote an order to get my hormones checked instead of dismissing me for being on the younger side. The office was clean and efficient. Would highly recommend this provider.

I have lived in Granbury for almost 10 years now. Dr. Bergstrom is the only doctor that I make the trek to Grand Prairie for. Going to see her is like going to visit an old friend. She is the best of the best.
