Dr Bergstrom and her staff are the very best. Easy scheduling with an appt the same week that I called. I was in and out within 20 minutes! Staff is kind and so helpful!

I set an appointment with Dr Bergstrom because I was concerned about a prolapse. She told me thousands of women had rectal prolapses and just to use estradiol cream. She left the exam room to check my urine sample. i thought she would come back to discuss my issues further. Instead the nurse just told me she sent a prescription for uti to drugstore. I had many questions about the prolapse, especially since the hormone cream wouldn’t resolve my issue. I felt Dr. Bergstrom didn’t address my issues, didn’t give me time to ask questions and did not care. She didn’t even set up a follow up visit. I left with a lot of questions & no answers. I feel she is very uncaring, unsympathetic & dismissive

Visit was peaceful didn't feel unwelcome the doctor was nice I felt like I could trust her for any question I had she would be honest in her answer. Other doctor I had before made me stop going to see her I felt unwelcome by her behavior but dr.joan I felt peace and I like that. Trust . Thank you Dr. Joan Bergstrom

I had a great experience with Dr. Haley Spotts. They were professional, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and explained everything clearly. The office was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I felt respected and well cared for during my visit and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring gynecologist.

My first appointment with an OBGYN / first Pap smear and Dr. Bergstrom made me feel very comfortable and calm. Her positive energy helped make the experience less intimidating.

Such a better experience than my last OB/pregnancy. I was able to ask questions and not feel rushed. This pregnancy was unexpected and has taken more of an emotional toll on me than my previous ones so having a caring provider was essential. I will say that I had to wait in a room for about 30 minutes before the doctor came in, but I didn't even mind. I knew that it meant this doctor took her time with her patients and I used the time to read an ebook. I will update my review at the end of my pregnancy, but I feel so hopeful this time after a really bad previous experience with a different office.
