I will try to be brief, allthough that is a challenge. I recently decided on a female GYN. My first visit, and I recommend and selected this center b/c of location, then the physician. I was delightfully pleased with my visit. Dr. Spotts care was perfectly professional with an inviting approach. She is both knowledgeable and attentive-she LISTENS!

Dr. Kiran Nangrani successfully performed laparoscopic surgery to remove my bigger than 16cm ovarian cyst and at the same time, she also thoughtfully removed 3cm cyst on the other ovary for me which was not planned and would save me another surgery in the future.
The incisions are small and healing beautifully.
I am recovering well without any complication nor much pain.
Without the surgery, my ovarian cysts would have been bigger and caused more complications.
I was blessed and grateful that Dr. Nangrani was my surgeon.
She is always knowledgeable, upbeat, prompt, understanding, listening, caring and reassuring.
Her impeccable knowledge of surgery, skills and services to women's needs are priceless.
We need more surgeons like Dr. Nangrani.
I would greatly recommend friends and family to Dr.Nangrani.
In addition, the Arlington Memorial medical staff are also warm and welcoming!!
