Arrived a few minutes late for my well woman visit. Office is clean and nicely lit. Staff is friendly and caring. Wait time was minimal (<5minutes). Dr. Bergstrom is professional, warm and friendly.

I was relieved to finally find a doctor to get care for perimenopause. I made the appointment, understood why it was moved twice due to doctor illness, and finally was able to go. I got to the appointment and showed my private insurance card, Blue Cross. I also had Texas Women's Health, and showed that card, thinking that would cover anything private didn't I was then told they refused to see me. They would accept no form of payment, not even self pay, all because I had THW. Again, I have private insurance. They said it was their office policy not to accept anyone with Medicaid, regardless of other insurance. I left in tears, and immediately canceled THW. Sadly, it doesn't expire until September 1st. So I have to wait until September to receive care. It won't be from this office though. "Do no harm" clearly means "We care about insurance money."

I was very anxious for this appointment but Dr.Peppler made it super easy and simple. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all and was very understanding. I will definitely be visiting her again!

The doctor was kind and professional, but the waiting time was very disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early, as recommended, but I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 25 minutes alone in the exam room before being seen.
It feels unfair that if a patient is even one minute late, the appointment can be canceled, but when you arrive on time (even early), you’re kept waiting for over an hour with no explanation. It shows a lack of respect for the patient’s time.
