This was my first visit. I was very please with the staff. I was waited on in very reasonable time. After I enter the examination room, the wait was also reasonable. Dr. Puffer and her assistant spoke to me, I did not feel rushed. She was concerned about my health. Her staff will be making another appointment for further observation that is needed. That was great to hear, Dr. Puffer cares
