They should have been transparent that I was not going to get my results in a timely manner. I had to keep calling to ask what happened and finally they told me the doctor was not going to be at the office reviewing results and they would let me know once she was back. They used to call you with the results and this time the only reason I found out my results were not normal was because my pharmacy contacted me. That is so horrible to find out something came out wrong from your pharmacy instead of your own doctor is unprofessional and uncaring. I really hope that patients are taken seriously in the near future. I will not be back to this office.

Everyone was great, I came in with a not so ideal situation but received great service from everyone. I have never had a female OB/GYN and it really makes a difference.

I midway had my OB resign and had to switch OBs last minute. I was very nervous but Dr Spotts was very friendly and answered all my questions. Very grateful for her.

Dr. Bergstrom , was great! She was the most compassionate doctor that I have seen in 5 years. Most doctors will not listen to and she showed an interest in her patients.

Dr. Spotts and Dr. Puffer are very attentive and personable. From the time i walk in the door, i feel very comfortable and at ease. Front desk is always friendly and helpful and i feel as though i could talk to the doctors about any issue that i might have or have any question answered. Love this group.
