My first time and impression: Dr. Carter is down to earth, explains in layman's terms, and made my experience feel comfortable instead of awkward. I also felt heard and understood when she listened to me speak. Definitely not dreading going back. I had never been to the office or any businesses on the top floor and that wasn't explained to me by office staff so it made me slightly late but the staff was very polite and forgiving about me being late.

Dr Bergstrom has been my OBGYN for 30 years. She is a great doctor who cares for her patients and takes the time to explain your treatment. And her flexibility of having two office sites is great.
