My experience today was good but I had to switch the previous doctor joy Carter due to the traumatic and negligent expirience I had. She kept ignoring me when I miscarried and her nurse kept assuring me every day for 2 weeks that she kept giving her my paper from Ultrasound report of no fetal heartbeat. But she didn't want to perform my DNC. SO SHE PURPOSELY KEPT IGNORING ME. I LIVED FOR 2 WEEKS AS A WALKING TOMB CARRYING MY DEAD BABY BECAUSE SHE KEPT IGNORING ME. I EVENTUALLY HAD TO HAVE MY DNC BY ANOTHER DOCTOR. SHE WAS THE ONE WHO WAS DEALING WITH ME GETTING PREGNANT AND ADVISING ME TO DO IT SINCE I WAS GETTING OLDER. AFTER ALL THAT SHE REFUSED ME CARE WHEN I MISCARRIED. This was Dr Joy Carter not Puffer. No one has apologized or followed up with me or called me. They never escalated my issue or anything.

It was very busy and I waited a while about an hour which is very unusual . And with no explanation. Otherwise everything was fine. I love Dr. Bergstrom

Great reception. Great bedside manners. Worked me in after online reservation failed. Patient room much too cold. Gown inadequate to provide coverage and warmth. No blanket. 20 min wait time in a freezing room. Short gown had a large tear on side. Patient room not welcomning. Detracted from rest of Great experience.
