Dr. Spotts and Dr. Puffer are very attentive and personable. From the time i walk in the door, i feel very comfortable and at ease. Front desk is always friendly and helpful and i feel as though i could talk to the doctors about any issue that i might have or have any question answered. Love this group.

doctor did not review my meds, barely touched me. almost felt like a number to be probed and assessed and sent on my way. I declined doing the labs usually done by a PCP and the doctor did not offer usual OBGN labs performed in office. highly disappointed.

I have been a patient under Dr. Puffer's care for three years now. She is always extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Puffer is very professional and explains everything thoroughly through any examination or procedure. She makes me feel at ease. I never feel rushed with Dr. Puffer. She gives her patients time to ask questions, and she listens intently to fully understand.

Did not prescribe me medication needed for a procedure after telling me I wouldn't need it only to find out I did need it. Wasted my time and now I have to pay for two sets of medication and two doctors visits.
