Dr Joan Bergstrom has the best bedside manner. She definitely has a sense of humor that relaxes the patient. Her front staff is the same. I highly recommended her to other patients

I arrived 10 min prior to appt. Was called back about 35min later. Waited in the room for about 20 minutes after initial items. This could be improved. I highly respect practices that can get me in and out quickly and this is not the case here.
