Dr Joan Bergstrom is professional.Her staff is friendly.
It would be helpful if you would add the address to the reminder email since you have two locations. I went to the wrong location and was late to my appointment.

My consultation was great with Dr. Peppler and I look forward to being in her care.
However, I was displeased with the available knowledge on pricing for cash patients. There should pricing for the visits , labs, ultrasounds, delivery and hospital costs. I was told when I come to my first appointment - so after I have committed to being a patient? - I could receive the cash costs of the visits and delivery.
I then received the paperwork on pricing from a nurse to review.
I will still need to contact the hospital separately. In my opinion, the practice should provide these details for their patients. I plan on using this doctor but my husband and I were disappointed with the knowledge and help the front desk personnel we able or willing to provide.

I was a new patient and I was not asked about my history or concerns. The exam itself was quick and comfortable. The doctor and staff were very friendly. There was virtually no wait time before getting back to a room.
