I've worked in a doctor's office for 3 years and the front desk is always the first impression of the office. At the S. Cooper location there is a older lady with black hair that looks of Hispanic descent, is typically rude. I had a office visit and she was on the phone rude and loud with someone on the phone. The person on the phone even felt she was rude because the office staff member replied I am not rude, I am just telling you and either you are or your not. So, what are you going to do ma'am? That's rude. Moving forward. I had another appt this week. I had surgery and was on a walker slowly moving. My husband beat me up stairs and was going to signed me in, she was so rude, my husband left the office assuming because he was a man, that mean weren't allowed and he had questions for the doctor before my surgery. Because Dr. Brown is a sweet doctor, I still go, but that staff member has very poor customer service or poor front door manners.

Dr. Kurikose was amazing, did everything to make me comfortable, answered all my questions. However the technician that took my blood sample did not know what she was doing. Im not scared of needles but she couldn’t find where to tap the vein, and the way she was moving the needle inside my arm she made me scream out loud, and then she told me that the reason it was hurting was because i “looked at the needle”. She left a two inch bruise.
