I love Dr. Brown. She’s very personable and I love how the fact that she’s super realistic. She’s been taking care of me for years. I was at the other location this morning and the nurse told me that I was at the wrong one. They still squeezed me in at the Cooper location. I really appreciate them doing that. I felt so important…. Thank you ladies

Though Dr. Puffer and her staff were running behind because of the weather issues on Feb 23rd and 24th, I wasn’t rushed when it was my turn to be seen. I had a great experience today!

I cannot express how much it means to me to have a Dr. who genuinely cares about the mild sufferings of medical problems and is willing to figure the source of the problem instead of throwing pharm at you!

I find that often when come for my appointment that I do have around a 20-30 minute wait typically which is not usually a problem unless I am on a strict time schedule. Once I am brought back it feels like I am a brand new patient every-time I am seen. For example I was last seen in Nov 2020 when she found a fibroid and sent me to a surgeon to get it removed. Once I was dealing with the surgeon I no longer heard from Dr.Brown. Once I had the surgery Feb 2021, I still had no follow up checking on my surgery or my recovery. Never once heard from her. Covid ramped up and I missed my annual for 2021. Now in January of 2022 the office was calling me asking me to come and be seen for an annual because I was overdue. When I arrived and got into my appointment it was like the first time she was meeting me all over again. She completely forgot I even had surgery. So there was no review of my chart prior to coming in the room. My last straw was when I spoke to her about me and my fiancé preparing to start a family and her telling me that in her opinion I should wait until I am over 30 to have a child since it worked out well for her. Keep in mind I am no 16 year old teenager, I am a 28 year old woman. I believe it is possible to have a OBGYN who is personable but understands boundaries as well as a doctor who remembers their patients even with having a decent patient load.
