Dr Puffer was very kind and listened. A little rushed, but the usual time allotted. Front office was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this OB/GYN practice.
Only one issue- I am temporarily handicapped & arrived at 1:15 for a 1:45 appt.(They said come 15 min early at 1:30). Had no idea they would be locked up. No benches or chairs in hallways. No restrooms either. Cannot stand for 15 min, so sat on cold stairs & it was hard to get up. Need to tell patients, locked till 1:30! And no provisions for sitting anywhere. Would've stayed in my car, had I known.

Nice staff. Dr. Carter is a new doctor to me and I was very pleased with my first visit with her. I'm glad to a patient with Dr. Carter.

Dr. Puffer and staff is always nice. The wait was a little longer than usual but she was quick and to the point. She always give me helpful information for my health.
