Staff was nice and answered my questions. The waiting room and doctors office was very clean. My only complaint is that I waited an hour to see the doctor but I was a few minutes late getting there.

Everyone was very nice. Excellent customer service!! I usually dread this type of appointment. However, everyone was intentional on making sure I was taken care of. No rushing me through like I was a number. They listened to what I needed!

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Puffers was warm and professional. My only complaint was that I was asked to arrive at 9:45, but was required to wait to see the doctor and did not see her until 10:35.
