I greatly appreciated how your staff handled a challenging situation while I was waiting for my appointment. The only thing I didn’t prefer was using the tables which were not wiped down between me another patient, considering the current Covid situation.

So, I went to get my IUD replaced.... I've had one before. It hurts a little but no big deal. I had to wait 2 months for them to order me one. After my initial visit, I honestly didn't want to go back but I figured just get over with and then find a new doctor. She was over half an hour late just like the last time, so not surprising. I went to get my new IUD and she had to take out the old one. SO painful... have only had one IUD do maybe that's normal. Went to put the new one in and I was literally screaming, hyper-ventilating, and holding on to the table for dear life. You may be thinking that I am just a wuss, but I refuse numbing agents at the dentist as it makes me feel weird and just endure the pain. When she put the new IUD in she said something happened an tried to give me what every they had lying around the office. I refused as I specifically want one IUD. At the point she offered to give me anything that I wanted. I asked for Depro, she wrote me a prescription, asked me if I wanted some water as I am laying there shaking on the table and left. I heard her ask the assistance, Jessica, to check on me and I laid there. Laid there until I could catch me breath and that was awhile. I finally got myself up and wiped myself off. There was SO much blood. This was my second IUD. I've since been to another doctor who said that my bleeding for 3 days wasn't normal. I wandered myself out. I couldn't stand up straight, was in excruciating pain for days and just dealt with it. Went back or my depro shot and waited for a new IUD. In the meantime, the office charged my insurance or the removal and insertion of an IUD which I had to fight. She didn't even tell the office that happened. Tried to call about birth control options and was told they couldn't give me advice cause everyone was different. That's fine. It is what it is. I found another doctor. Got a bill for the depro shot. Told them I didn't agree with the charge because I would not have needed the shot if Puffer had done the IUD correctly to begin with I was charged for it anyway. This doctor and this office messed up. They hurt me and have fought me on every charge. They even charged me for the removal and insertion of an IUD that they didn't do. Since April it has been a nonstop battle. I have talked to their lab people, my insurance and their refuse anything did wrong. Today I got a bill for almost $1000 that I NEVER authorized and that's a battle too. I'm not a fighter, I would rather keep my mouth shut and not cause drama, but this is B.S. I've written 2 reviews in my life and this is the second. I'm working with Blue Cross Blue Shield who told me she removed herself sometime after my incident, talking with the lab that is charging me a grand, and about to contact the BBB. Use this place and this doctor at your own risk.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I was supposed to be getting my IUD replaced and she sent in for a whole bunch of tests that I never agreed to. Didn't even know that she did them. Almost 2 months after the fact I got a bill AFTER insurance for almost a grand. Disputing it with the lab company and the insurance. Luckily, everyone has been sympathetic and willing to work work me. Seriously...I have NEVER been to such a disrespectful doctor. Not even worth the $30 co-pay.

This was my first time going to a female doctor. I was actually expecting more of a pleasant experience. She was running 30 minutes late to start, but then I got back to the exam room and had to sit there for another 30 minutes in a cloth poncho and a sheet. In my decade of going to a gynecologist doctors have always come in pretty quickly once you are sitting them mostly naked. She asked what kind of birth control I wanted and I asked about Mirena. She told me most women don't have periods on it, how long they last and that's about it. She did want to make sure that I was using sunscreen on my face though which I thought was random. Her bedside manner was deplorable and she never apologized for being an hour late. Didn't like the doctor or the experience at all but had already started on getting the IUD coming to me so figured I would just have that done and find another doctor after. I had no idea how much worse things were going to get. This was my first time going to a female doctor. I was actually expecting more of a pleasant experience.
